Session Format

  • This is a 8- week course beginning the week of June 23rd and ending the week of Aug 4th

  • Groups will meet once a week and be 90 minutes in length.

  • Our sessions are interactive and include discussions, exercises, and real-life strategies.

  • Ideal participants are high school juniors, seniors and college freshmen
